It meant bishops only failed to pass it because the pro vote did not make 66%. What was the actual vote how close were we to bringing the wrath of God upon us. Was the acceptance vote 64% and therefore it failed. Anybody know the voting for and against. How many bishops will be the target to be removed or changed?<br />Will only three votes for example to make it 66% next time. Do not celebrate there must be a reason for Kasper to be able to threaten Ed Pentin, is there?? Francis'...Great job with all of your commentary! Francis' comments are less hostile than normal to those who abide by doctrine--at least he was an equal opportunity critic this time and acknowledged the issues with the liberals and apparently himself too. He even mentioned the Deposit of Faith! (which was mentioned in the petition to him). I wonder if Cardinal Burke and all of the petition messages sent to Pope Francis in the last day impacted him at least a little bit.
