I suppose if your self-respect is too low to reserve yourself for a man who loves people by treating them with kindness, generosity, attention, respect for religious and civil law, who happens to know the Divine Mercy Chaplet, this beats slicing yourself up with razor blades.

Cultivating a life for yourself that results in deep emotional scars is ga-ga-oh-la-la.

I recently had a conversation with one of my beloved liberal friends about female condoms that went something like this:

She:  "Did you see the Huffington Post article about the underfunding/underuse of female condoms?"

"No" says I, "whats the gist?"

She: "Sex ed classes are geared towards protecting men with condoms but they do nothing to teach women to protect themselves with female condoms."

Listen, if the information you've subliminally gathered about a guy leads a single cell of your brain to entertain the idea you'll be needing a female condom to protect yourself against venereal disease, we should be teaching our young women that this is the moment to RUN.  If condom cautions start flashing in their cerebellum, what are we, as women doing withholding the information from the next generation that this guy will heap misery upon their lives.  He's a narcissist.  A sociopath.  A soulless sexual con man. 

Kick it up a few notches and teach women how to spot a man who will provide serenity, peace, joy, love, commitment, marriage, provisions of food and shelter for their family.

We've failed to teach a generation of women that there's never a happy ending to giving away their precious emotional and sexual gifts to men who don't hold those gifts in esteem. 

Lady Gaga and Beyonce recently released a new "epic" video.

Ironically, the moral of the story is, a diner full of unwitting people seat themselves at a table to be served by Gaga and end up being poisoned by what they're fed.  

Truth is stranger than fiction.
