Nearly One in Five Thinks Obama is a Muslim

Ouch.

I don't think it's the 'wrong' impression people are getting.  I think the American people have watched this character and now realize he is not who he said he wasy.

They have drawn the conclusion Obama's been lying about his identity.

Definitely not good news for the Democrats.

Those results, from a new Pew Research Center survey, were drawn from interviews done before the president's comments about the construction of an Islamic cultural center near Ground Zero, and they suggest that there could be serious political danger for the White House as the debate continues.
The President arrogantly said today that he had no regrets about endorsing the Muslim efforts to build a shrine over the 911 hallowed ground.

But the survey also indicates that the public's opposition to the center may be more complicated than just anti-Muslim sentiment. Fifty-five percent said they would accept a Muslim community center and place of worship two blocks from their own home.

That's right.  Nobody would blink and eye in another spot.  In fact, I think I read yesterday there are 40 mosques in NYC and  200 Mosques in New York State - and there wasn't and isn't a peep out of a country full of Americans.

The President's painting American citizens as bigots is beneath contempt.

Shame on him!

This is a complete distraction. Obama is nothing but an irreligious secular humanist with a very large ideological agenda. He rarely attends any religious services.

All onne needs to do is look as far as his book to see his membership in Rev. Jeremiah Wright's church was motivated mostly as a base of operations for his community organizing.

At least Bill Clinton, provided a veneer of WASP Christiian belief by regular church attendence with his oversize "photo op" Bible.

He is more of a Muslim than a Christian for sure. True, He is a secular humanist elitist. He won't even 'slum it' with any church goers anymore.

How anybody could get beyond his vote against the ban on partial birth abortion is a mystery to me.

He absolutely had highly placed Catholic strategists doing his biding. The claim has been made that our own Fr. Bryan Hehir was one of them.

They all need our prayers.
