I seldom if ever have tuned into his 'speeches', but I did tune in to his debtpocolypse speech. I was curious to get a good, hard look at what would manifest itself.
Whoah, he sure can sling it. Lie straight-faced. Calm, cool, manipulative.
Something creepy going on there.
Anyway, what ever happened to the 'change' he was going to bring to Washington?

Some years back I read Christopher Lawford's autobiography, before my conversion when I read such nonsense for entertainment and light summer reading. He quoted Teddy Kennedy. As much as I loathed Teddy, I have never forgotten a passage from his book. Teddy apparently became very quiet in the midst of a conversation about the atate of the nation. He said something like "soon the wheels are going to come off. I don't want to be around to see it when it happens". I believe we are watching the wheels come off. It is happening, now.

Thank you, Maria. I was just going to ask my friends here what they think is going to happen. Although I'm not sure if Chris Lawford's memory can be trusted with all the drugs he did.
Me, I don't think it looks very good at all. In fact, I will go so far as to say that the United States I was born in almost six decades ago is DEAD. The past twenty years have been the worse.
And if we don't do something NOW to stop what is in motion, it will be too late. No joke about the camps either...I'm already afraid to speak up. Never know who is taping you with these dastardly damn cell phones that I am convinced have been designed to help one and all spy on their "neighbor" for Big Brother.
May Our Lord have pity on us even though we deserve it all.
