Go Home Chump

Olympic Failure Compounds Obama's All Hat, No Cattle Image

There has been a growing narrative taking hold about Barack Obama’s presidency in recent weeks: that he is loved by many, but feared by none; that he is full of lofty vision, but is actually achieving nothing with his grandiloquence.

Chicago’s dismal showing yesterday, after Mr Obama’s personal, impassioned last-minute pitch, is a stunning humiliation for this President. It cannot be emphasised enough how this will feed the perception that on the world stage he looks good — but carries no heft.

Quite frankly, the bigger story is Iran firing missiles in response to Barack's wimpy threats.

While he was packing his bags to make this silly pitch to host games, it's revealed the Commander-in-Chief is going to have to take two weeks to get caught up to speed on what is going on in Afghanistan before he can make a decision. He's only spoken to McChyrstal ONCE. He is clueless.

Obama has had time to pitch his cult of celebrity with Oprah and creepy sex addict Dave Letterman. He's had time to host a happy hour publicity stunt on the White House lawn with a midget Harvard professor instead of apologizing for the leak in their racist convictions that victimized a white police officer with false accusations.

No time to keep watch on our sovereignty.

Obama believes the CIA and our own armed forces are the boogeymen.

What will a madman have to lose when they (and it is just a matter of time) fire a weapon of mass destruction?

Mine eyes have seen the glory of Barack Hussein Obama. Hmmm...hmmm...hmmm.

Obama Shock: Olympic Team tells him to scram

"I'm asking you to choose Chicago. I'm asking you to choose America," Michelle Obama told committee members.

Her husband said, "If you do, if we walk this path together, then I promise you this: The city of Chicago and the United States of America will make the world proud."

All that was for naught as Chicago was eliminated in the first round of voting, a decision that brought gasps from the Chicago contingent at the Copenhagen meeting.

The Republican National Committee chairman, Michael Steele, was unsparing in his criticism in a statement issued before the decision was announced and on a day when the U.S. jobless rate rose to 9.8 percent, a 26-year high.

"As President Obama travels to Copenhagen to bring the Summer Olympics to his hometown seven years from now, Americans back home are increasingly concerned they won't have a job seven months from now as they see more and more of their neighbors and friends lose jobs today," Steele said.

Do you think they'll try to get more use out of the race card?

Perhaps now, he'll have time to review the situation in Afghanistan?

As Rush Limbaugh points out, the Obamas have spent the last nine months running around the world telling them how much the United States s*cks - so why on earth would the Olympic team award the United States?
