This is amazing no comments on this very disruptive bill. I would not feel kindly about the access the government has given itself to the peoples bank accounts. This means that any government dept can snoop.I do not know whether this is medical Insurance or a social assistance program towards payment and the government decides if and what it will pay. My life's end should not be decided by a government committee. It will not come down to a medical decision but a expense to the government.What will constitute the execution schedule. Killing by thirst is normal around the world.
It also seems to mean that badly administered union pension funds will be moved into the mainstream accounting by this new funding thus severely restricting funds for those who were not union members. It is not and does not intend to have any fairness. The poorer members of society looking forward to some relieve for their pain will find that it will not be there for financial reasons and they have no resource to question any government decisions. One could say that Obama's people are really the large unions and anyone who can afford him.
