Eric McFadden Gets a Year in Prison and Will Register as a Level II Sex Offender

After all the sexual harassment, stalking creepy behavior Deal Hudson and others received from the mentally and sexually disturbed sociopath Eric McFadden, I still can't believe the devil made such a jackass out of McFadden's whole shtick.

As you sew, so shall you reap.

“January 14th, the day I was arrested, was a miracle. It had to happen,” McFadden said in court.

“My actions have caused great grief not only for my family and my friends but have had a ripple effect into the community,” he said.

McFadden also explained how his recently discovered bipolar disorder and sex addiction might have contributed to his actions.

“Since then, I’ve sought help and received treatment for my sex addiction and for my bipolar disorder. I don’t offer either one of those as an excuse for my actions,” McFadden said.

McFadden formerly served as director of the Faith-Based and Community Initiatives office under Gov. Ted Strickland. He was transferred to the state prisons department in 2007 and laid off in March 2008 due to budget cuts.

He faced up to 10 years in prison.

McFadden must turn himself in for incarceration by Thursday, Aug. 20

I don't mean to be unkind, but Bipolar disorder doesn't begin to address the level of mania that McFadden displays.

The level of stalking and other behaviors Eric McFadden exhibits when he picks you out as a victim and then saying it's a miracle they discovered his bipolar disorder is like saying Helter Skelter was a miracle because Charlie Manson discovered he has mood swings and is getting help for them.

Sorry - but I'm not buying it.

Too many years and too many personal experiences with McFadden. In this story here, the "miracles can happen" appears to be a meme written in several letters lobbying the judge leniency, implying McFadden has "turned his life around".

In sentencing Robert McFadden, 46, of Hyland Drive in Dublin, a judge told him he cannot tolerate "the sexual exploitation of our children" in society...

In court today, McFadden began sweating profusely and had already removed his wedding ring and emptied his pockets for what he thought was an immediate trip to prison. Horton instead gave him two weeks to report.

His wife and several supporters had written letters to the judge saying that the arrest has turned McFadden's life around. Since then, he has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and has begun sex-addiction counseling, defense attorney Keith Golden said

The sentence requires McFadden to register as a sex offender for the next 25 years. He might have to sell his house, which is within 1,000 feet of a school, Golden said

It's like saying the discovery of Norman Bates' mother caused Norman to turn his life around - why he wouldn't harm a fly.

Give me a break.

Prison is a place where sociopathic maniacs can victimize, terrorize, intimidate and threaten and it's very difficult for the victims to obtain relief and justice. I hope and pray they watch him carefully and protect other prisoners from him.

I don't know about you, but I find this sentence pretty light. Okay, it's good they'll be keeping close tabs on him for 25 years as he's now a registered sex offender. That's a big deal. But only one year in prison? Maybe the prosecutors shouldn't have plea bargained, because he was guilty of a lot more stuff than he is being convicted of. I think this man is truly evil, if you read the message board posts he made for years on that prostitution web site. He has been a devil for years, preying on lost souls and young women and girls from troubled backrounds. I find that to be pure evil. Viewing people with troubled backrounds as women and girls to use for his instant gratification.

And then we find this devil telling the court he has all these bipolar disorders and so forth, to get a lenient sentence. That's not taking responsibility for your actions.

McFadden will have to answer to a higher power than the Franklin Country Court someday, of course. But I really think he deserved a stiffer sentence than one year. This is someone who took a teenaged girl and advertised her on the Internet as a piece of meat. Not to mention all his other activities that he posted so much about on the Internet.

Well, at least he was exposed and will be registered as a sex offender.

Typo: Franllin Country=Franklin County

I completely agree.

We're not done here by any means. I don't know why the prosecutor's plea bargained but I'm fixing to find out. The records of this case will reveal more - no doubt. Did Strickland, Pelosi, Kerry, Hillary and others involved in protecting this maniacal predator for years put pressure the prosecutors? I find it impossible to believe that McFadden didn't have sex with the teenager he exploited. He tried out every hooker in town and gave recommendations based upon his personal experience (sometimes three times in one day) but he was recommending his own teenage prostitute without any intimate sexual experiences with her?

Come on.

In the end, the wind has been taken out of his sails, he is a level II sex offender for the rest of his life or close to it and is serving a year in prison. Not exactly what he had in mind.

Hopefully one year in prison will be enough punishment for him. But, yeah, seems light for a sick pimp.

I know people with bipolar disorder who have not become pimps, so that defense is nothing but fraudulent in this case.

Hey Pauli!

Yeah - what a slap in the face to people with bipolar disorder. His conduct goes way beyond that. He is a sociopathic lunatic - like the kind of people who eat other people. There is something so wrong, it is patently clear to anyone who has ever been victimized by him that he is sexually and psychologically insane. He's going to take victims wherever he is. The only thing that would stop him would be a lobotomy.

You can tell his attorney crafted his "statement".

Yes, the lawyer definitely put those words in his mouth. He has to register as a level II sex offender until he's in his 70's. What shame he has brought upon his family. That fat pig will get what he deserves in prison. They don't take kindly to child molesters.

Eric = Robert

another broken individual

TTC said...

Faith,

Thanks for reminding us about compassion. Broken people who go on crusades to break others are a different breed than just being a broken person. Everyone is broken in one way or another.

McFadden spent his life on a crusade to break others. The victims of his stalking, threats, sexual creepiness and other practices see the man as a sick individual who gets off on crusades to break others. You'd have to really have been a victim to know and realize the extent of Robert Eric McFadden's pathology but suffice it to say portraying it as a fellow who came to his senses and has now cleaned up his life is a ruse that is very dangerous to future victims. The extent of the propensity and intensity to harm other people cannot be understated.

Does that make sense?

You really would have had to experience it to understand this, but, they caught a criminally insane individual who thirsts for people's blood before that thirst left somebody dead or a string of somebody's dead.

This is a very, very sick and dangerous individual.

Hey Carol,
It is your blog. But who is Eric McFadden and why should I care? Your insights into the RCAB are important.
Your efforts to bring the truth about Caritas were fruitful. I hope you can keep your focus on the church militant thing. I believe that the whole chapter with Caritas was a dry run for Obama care (straight out of Harvard and Fr. Bad Hair) and the ripple you helped create has a least slowed the Obama Care train.

LCIB,

McFadden was a player in attacking the Catholic Church on a more National Level. National pro-lifers are well-aware of who he is - he started Catholics United, Catholic Democrats, Catholics for Kerry, he was Hillary Clinton's Catholic outreach director - etc. People following my blog for several years were a witness to some of his antics with me and some of the stunts that he pulled on others that I published. My work in combating this clown was equally important at one time - when he was a threat. Documenting his antics and what happened to him is also important for google purposes to memorialize his history.

I'm not done with Caritas and the baby killing contracting Cardinal but we do have another election coming up in 2012. It is a long story, but Hillary and the Democrats have used this guy knowing his tactics and history. There is a paper trail that Governor Strickland (an integral player in Hillary Clinton's campaign) holds that should contain internet traffic reports based upon a complaint I filed with Strickland's office. McFadden was obsessed/possessed you see -- he was visiting the prostitutes and pimping them almost 24 hours a day. Some posts were done during working hours at Strickland's office. McFadden even went to Church parking lots to intimidate prolifers when he was working on Hillary's campaign. So - this is a very important story because

1. I intend to demonstrate that the paper trail at Strickland's office shows internet traffic reports on the pimping sites.
2. Strickland ran reports on internet traffic based upon my complaints and he was fired within days of my suggesting they run internet traffic reports.
3. Strickland recommended him and Hillary hired him in spite of this.
4. The oppressive intimidating and stalking tactics are part and parcel of the "politics of hope".

Stomping on this in the public square is important nationally.

God Bless.

Carol

Carol, I agree. I would suggest that Uncle Ted had to know the guy had some sexual problems and issues with intimidation. The fact is he's a bully, and this is the type of person to whom the pro-abort left gives the job of leading Faith-based Initiatives and campaigning as a professional Catholic.

So the message has got to be sent out there loud and clear about these types. Anyone who reads Carol regularly can attest that she's not taking her eye off the ball over this guy. IMHO, he is not really a one-off. Indeed, I think that Obama is going to use intimidation tactics to push through his more controversial policies (like health care) and his boots on the ground will be prosecutable thugs just like this guy. It's good to know the profile.

TTC said...

Thanks Pauli. I do not think it's taking the eye off the ball - but it's good to read confirmation.
