Today, President Obama signed his health care bill into law, using 20 separate pens to write his name. The last pen he used, reports Daniel Foster, will be given to Sister Carol Keehan, president and CEO of the Catholic Health Association.

Sister Carol recently got a raise of about $95,000 from the CHA, bringing her annual salary to almost $1,000,000.
