Nuclear Power Plant Blows in Japan

The wages of sin.

And you shall hear of wars and rumours of wars. See that ye be not troubled. For these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there shall be pestilences, and famines, and earthquakes in places: Now all these are the beginnings of sorrows. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall put you to death: and you shall be hated by all nations for my name's sake. And then shall many be scandalized: and shall betray one another: and shall hate one another.

And many false prophets shall rise, and shall seduce many. And because iniquity hath abounded, the charity of many shall grow cold. But he that shall persevere to the end, he shall be saved.

This could happen here, why God has spared us thus far is beyond my comprehension - Has to be the Prayers, it isn't like the U.S. doesn't deserve such a chastisment - Keep up & speed up the Prayers!

God is our refuge and strength.

....Though the mountains shake in the heart of the sea; though the waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble with it's tumult..
....The Lord of hosts is with us, the God of Jacob is our refuge.

Japan was the first industrialized nation after the Second World War where abortion (through the private sector) became the principal method of officially sanctioned birth control," they wrote. -Stanfored News Service '96

In 1996 the abortion industry was estimated at 400 million/yr.

Zenit wrote the folllowing on MARCH 6 2011:

Japan is one of the latest countries to permit what is also referred to as an emergency contraceptive. The health ministry gave the go-ahead for the sale of NorLevo from May, the Japan Times reported, Feb. 24.

The article said that it is hoped the move will help to reduce the number of abortions. The abortion rate in Japan was 8.8 per 1,000 in 2008, just a bit over half the rate in the United States, according to the article. Go to: -

Anon 9:37, I think the same way. I, too, wonder why Our Lord is sparing the United States. Sometimes I think it is the patronage of Our Lady of Guadalupe that has spared far!

Who knows? We may have many victim souls in this country that we are unaware of doing penance and praying to make reparation for all of our sins.

God have mercy on us all!

Veronica, your right but we need more -The US must listen to Our Mother to avoid the same,Our Lady of Akita "As I told you, if men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on all humanity. It will be a punishment greater than the deluge, such as one will never seen before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful. The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they will envy the dead. The only arms which will remain for you will be the Rosary and the Sign left by My Son. Each day recite the prayers of the Rosary. With the Rosary, pray for the Pope, the bishops and priests."

"The work of the devil will infiltrate even into the Church in such a way that one will see cardinals opposing cardinals, bishops against bishops. The priests who venerate me will be scorned and opposed by their confreres...churches and altars sacked; the Church will be full of those who accept compromises and the demon will press many priests and consecrated souls to leave the service of the Lord.

"The demon will be especially implacable against souls consecrated to God. The thought of the loss of so many souls is the cause of my sadness. If sins increase in number and gravity, there will be no longer pardon for them"

"With courage, speak to your superior. He will know how to encourage each one of you to pray and to accomplish works of reparation."

"It is Bishop Ito, who directs your community."

And She smiled and then said:

"You have still something to ask? Today is the last time that I will speak to you in living voice. From now on you will obey the one sent to you and your superior."

"Pray very much the prayers of the Rosary. I alone am able still to save you from the calamities which approach. Those who place their confidence in me will be saved."

Count on the prayers.

I've tried to find the effects of the radiation for the United States but there is very little to nothing out there - which I find extremely odd given the nutty environmentalists are all over us for using light bulbs.

If you find anything on the net - please pass it along. I heard somebody saying a meltdown would be thousands of times worse than an atomic bomb.

Are imports going to be investigated for radioactive contamination? Gives made in Japan a whole new meaning.

Carol, as I told my husband last night, they would never tell us the truth about the consequences of this anyway. This would fit right in with our Commander in Chief's plans. And that dear Mayor of Chicago DID say to never let a good crisis go to waste. As for the environmentalists, they would be only too glad to have less people in this country (as long as it doesn't affect them, you understand). They'll just tell everyone it was caused by global warming and the useful idiots will nod their heads in agreement and go back to running around in circles chasing their own tails.
