According to "Catholic Publishing World Shrinks Further" by Tim Drake om his blog on the National Catholic Register website (http://www.ncregister.com/blog/catholic-publishing-world-shrinks-further/), Catholic Digest is being overhauled (for the better), because its publisher, Bayard, is shutting down Faith and Family magazine (which it acquired from the Legionaries of Christ earlier this year) and moving the editor of the latter to the former.
