Pope Francis: If you don't desire anarchy and weakness in structures, you're mentally imbalanced

All the people who know the human personality - may they be psychologists, spiritual fathers, spiritual mothers - tell us that young people who unconsciously feel they have something unbalanced or some problem of mental imbalance or deviation unconsciously seek strong structures that protect them, to protect themselves.

Because there's nothing like weakness, disorganization and dysfunction to demonstrate one's mental stability - that's what I always say.

I'm guessing this is something someone said that sounded good after a few bottles of Frascati?

More than by fear of going astray, my hope is that we will be moved by the fear of remaining shut up within structures which give us a false sense of security, within rules which make us harsh judges, within habits which make us feel safe, while at our door people are starving and Jesus does not tire of saying to us: "Give them something to eat."

Like retired and sick priests whose pensions have disappeared?

Why almost everybody is AFRAID to say out loud, that there is a possibility, that this pope is a false pope (especially with the strange story of pope Benedict removal from power) or even the crafty mason, who simply plays pope in order to destroy our Catholic Church?

When a leader makes the kind of statement that the Pope made, he's saying that he likes anarchy and disorder because it gives him the opportunity to exercise more control over others.

I do t think people are afraid, I don't think they feel the situation rises to the level necessary. Could be October will change that.

Out job is the same. To limit the damage he is doing or is able to do in the future, until the smoke rises again.

All he does is insult Catholics.

He's really not that bright. He rambles. His prose is rambling and vague. Couple that with an obviously huge ego and it's a bad combination.

Well, I'd rather be mentally imbalanced than want chaos. Papal duct tape wouldn't be a bad accessory for this guy.

Anon, I wouldn't say people are scared, rather, there's not a certainty, that is to say, until he's formally declared not pope (public office requires such)....we can't say for certain that it's not within the realms of possibility.

In the meantime, I'm going to continue to pray for him, and hope for a private audience ;)...I figure if an atheist can get an interview, what about us normal people?
