The conduct of the priest is outrageous and dangerous.

There are three issues with Bishop Wenski:

1. Bishop Wenski's gross nonfeasance and malfeasance in the supervision of Caligula.
2. Bishop Wenski's disgraceful letter to whistleblowers stating his willful ignorance policy is more important than child endangerment.
3. Bishop Wenski's alleged threats to excommunicate whistleblowers.

Why hasn't he been removed?
