Panic at 66 Brooks Drive

Boston Catholic Insider has an eye-opening post about the conflicts of interest in the sale of Caritas to Cerebus.

I want to say for the record that the purpose of exposing the corruption in the Chancery of Boston is because the Deposit of Faith is in the hands of the corrupt whose intentions are perverting it.

Our children and the next generation have a right to learn their faith and we have a duty to free our faith from the bondage being executed by Cardinal O'Malley and his henchmen.

Our priests, our Sacraments, the salvation of souls is under siege.

Have you ever watched the movie Romero?

If you haven't, pick it up and watch it.

I'm embedding a part of the movie that I believe to be germane to the work here in Boston of the many bloggers who are giving up their time to expose the corruption in Boston.  It's in Spanish but you will not need a translation.

It is reported in the comments section of Boston Catholic Insider that Chancellor Jim McDonough is rumored to be shelling out 200,000 dollars to stop bloggers from publishing what is going on in the Chancery in Boston.

Could this be true?

Good luck dude.  If you stop that one, we'll get another.  And another.  And another.

Go ahead and block access to the website.  We will email.

If you shut that down, we will head to the post office and buy a bushel of stamps and send it snail mail so you better make plans to post an information nazi at every parish mailbox.

If you try to bankrupt us by burying us in lawyers and motions, other people are ready to take over speaking the truth in the public square at a moments notice.   We will not miss a nanosecond of exposing the corruption and perversions of our Faith.  The bullying. The persecutions.   All will be followed publicly on the internet.

Boston is at ground zero for driving the Catholic religion underground in the United States and there is no stopping the people who intend on chronicling it.

A word to the wise:

Our children have a right to the authentic faith.   Fr. Bryan Hehir and his Kennedy School of Government and B.C. Roundtable cronies are stealing our religion.  You are erecting a false church, with false teachings. You are misleading souls and you are not going to do it under the radar.

We don't care about the buildings and we don't care about the money.  Put our hospitals into the hands of an attorney general who has said publicly that Catholics should not be permitted to work in hospitals emergency rooms.   Steal our Holy Relic and the Archbishop won't even mention it until there is outrage in the pews.

We don't have an Archbishop Romero here in Boston but you are not going to get away with doing what you are doing without people shouting from the rooftops that what you teach and preach is false and what you are doing is anathema.

If God is not behind the wind at our backs, we will falter but if He is, you will find yourselves in a conflict with God.  Good luck with that.

Go ahead and try to stop us.

Knock yourselves out.

I can understand The Powers That Be in the archdiocese punishing priests and any others they found to be leaking information to the bloggers. But how might they go about punishing the lay bloggers themselves, even if they do discover their identities? Do you have examples of what action they could successfully take against Catholic lay individuals?

Dear M.,

Several years ago, the archdiocese underwent an effort to become more transparent. Most of the information is coming from their publications and information that comes right out of google searches.

It's going to be very interesting to watch them try to pin an information leak on a priest when the information is published on the internet. They ought to save themselves the two hundred grand - the information leak came from the them.

The only thing they can do to lay people is use the legal system to bankrupt them with frivolous actions. Make an example out of lay people showing what they'll do to thinking people who draw conclusions about their corruption.

They'll use lawyers to harass, claiming we have no right to draw conclusions from the information they themselves have published or we have no right to conduct investigations into who they are hiring or the conflicts of interest all over their business deals.

Get ready for the thought police.

When the Chancery can't afford to hire a receptionist for the "Pastoral Center" and they have let go dozens of employees, they can't fund lay pensions, the clergy retirement fund is going bankrupt - - I can't tell you how upsetting it is to hear a rumor that they are wasting two hundred thousand dollars to find out the identity of bloggers.

Think about this - they didn't put up a nickel of ransom to get the Holy Relic back from the thieves who are just sitting on it waiting for somebody to step forward and offer It's worth.

It wasn't worth five cents to them.

I've been very clear and up front with Fr. Erikson and others that I have a leadership role in getting Boston Catholics together to lift substantiated facts and logical conclusions about what is happening in Boston into blogosphere.

I would feel better about it if they posted the two hundred thousand in ransom so people could turn me in, collect the loot and we could give it to a worthy cause.

I AM VERY MOVED !!!
YOUR ENTRY TODAY IS MOST ENCOURAGING.
TOO MANY HAVE FELT ALONE IN THIS EXHAUSTING BATTLE ... IT IS MOST ENCOURAGING TO SEE AND FEEL THE TIDES CHANGING!
MY PRAYERS + EUCHARISTIC PLEAS ARE WITH YOU ALL.
HOWEVER, I AM NOT CERTAIN IF THE INTENT OF THE BROOKS DRIVE CORP IS TO ATTACK DOGMA, RATHER IT IS THEIR OVERT CONCENTRATION ON MERE CORPORATE WELFARE THAT PUT ALL ELSE IN ABSOLUTE JEOPARDY ... YOU MIGHT SAY 'SO WHAT?' THE END RESULT IS THE SAME ... LET'S RE-THINK THAT STATEMENT ...
CLEARLY THERE SEEMS TO BE 'TWO CHURCHES, THE CHURCH OF THE FAITH AND THE CHURCH SWALLOWED SOLELY BY WORLDLY CONCERNS .... ALAS IT IS INDEED TRAGIC, YET HISTORY TEACHES THAT THE HOLY SPIRIT WILL LEAD TO VICTORY ... WE MUST BE SURE THAT WE ARE LEAD BY THAT SPIRIT !
IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THE CHURCH HAS BEEN HELD HOSTAGE BY WORLDLY POWERS!
OREMUS PRO INVICEM.

Yes, the things the archdiocese publishes itself are revealing.

In Cardinal Sean's latest blog there are photos of our two newest bishops in casual wear signing their oaths of fidelity. It's telling they didn't even bother to wear their Roman collars! (Hasn't the Vatican written about wearing the collar as the norm for priests?) Don't you think these bishops should have shown more respect, even if it was a social gathering?

Will they be adding another 6 to that address. I mean, the way things are going.

Dear Anonymous - thanks for your kind comments and support and especially your prayers.

One thing:

"HOWEVER, I AM NOT CERTAIN IF THE INTENT OF THE BROOKS DRIVE CORP IS TO ATTACK DOGMA,RATHER IT IS THEIR OVERT CONCENTRATION ON MERE CORPORATE WELFARE THAT PUT ALL ELSE IN ABSOLUTE JEOPARDY "

I think that's true about some of the characters but sadly, not all. Fr. Hehir dissents from the faith, has been working to sever the Roman Catholic Church from the Church in America since the glory days of Bernadin. He knows exactly what he is doing and has people very well placed to carry out the final chapter of the schism in the United States. And, he is being assisted by (and assisting) the Ceasar Chavez and Saul Alinsky people from the Kennedy School of Government.

I'm afraid we're dealing with more than greed, ineptitude, cowardice, and the abandonment of the See by the Cardinal.

Keep praying!

M,

"In Cardinal Sean's latest blog there are photos of our two newest bishops in casual wear signing their oaths of fidelity. It's telling they didn't even bother to wear their Roman collars!"

Thanks (I think!) for alerting me to this sad and silly photo.

Marie, I did a double-take when I saw the address too. hahaha And someone pointed out on one of the other blogs that Cerberus (the company attempting to buy Caritas) is the watchdog of Hades!!!
